Eliviq LLP ("Eliviq", "we") charges a nomination fee for some of its 30 Under 30 awards.

 

This policy explains when that fee can be refunded.

 

1. Nomination fees
Where an award has a nomination fee, the fee is shown on the nomination form before you submit. The fee is ₹1,499 per nomination for Marketing 30 Under 30 and Tech 30 Under 30, and it is paid at checkout when you submit your nomination.

 

2. No refunds
Nomination fees are non-refundable once paid. This includes cases where:

• The nominee is not shortlisted or does not win.

• The nomination is withdrawn after submission.

• The nominee is found not to meet the eligibility criteria.

• The nomination form was filled in incorrectly.

 

3. When we will refund you
We will refund the full nomination fee if:

• Eliviq cancels the award you nominated for.

• You were charged more than once for the same nomination.

• Your payment was taken but your nomination was not recorded, and we can't resolve this by recording it.

 

4. How refunds are made
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7-10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

 

5. How to request a refund
Email shareena@eliviq.com from the address used for the nomination, with the nominee's name, the award, and the payment reference from your receipt. We will reply within [5] business days.

 

6. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The version that applies to you is the one shown at the time of your payment.
