Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of eliviq.com and your participation in the Eliviq 30 Under 30 awards (the "Awards"). The Awards and this website are operated by Eliviq LLP, Mumbai, India 400050 ("Eliviq", "we", "us"). By using the website or submitting a nomination, you agree to these Terms.
 

1. About the Awards

Eliviq runs a series of 30 Under 30 awards, each covering a professional field such as HR, Marketing or Tech. Each award has its own disciplines, nomination form, fee (if any) and deadline, shown on the website and on the nomination form.

 

2. Eligibility

To be nominated, a person must:

  • Be under 30 years of age as of the nomination deadline of the relevant award.

  • Have at least 2 years of professional experience in the relevant field.

  • Be currently active in their industry.

  • Be able to show measurable impact in their work.

Nominations can be made by the nominee, or by a peer, manager or colleague. We may check eligibility and ask for supporting information at any time.

3. Submitting a nomination

  • Each nomination is for one award and one discipline.

  • You confirm that all information you provide is accurate, complete and not misleading.

  • If you nominate someone else, you confirm that you have a genuine basis to do so, and that you have their permission for us to contact them and to use their details for the Awards.

  • We may disqualify a nomination at any time if it contains false information, is fraudulent, is submitted by impersonation, or does not meet the eligibility criteria.

4. Fees and payment

  • Some awards charge a nomination fee. The fee is shown on the nomination form before you submit. For Marketing 30 Under 30 and Tech 30 Under 30 the fee is ₹1,499 per nomination. This is a flat fee; no GST or other tax is currently added at checkout.

  • Payment is taken at checkout when you submit your nomination and is processed by a third-party payment provider (Razorpay). We do not store your card, UPI or bank details.

  • A nomination is treated as complete only once payment has been received, where a fee applies.

  • Fees are non-refundable except as set out in our Refund Policy.

5. Selection and winners

  • Each award recognises up to 30 winners in total, selected across its disciplines.

  • Nominations are reviewed by an independent jury against the criteria published on our website, including Leadership, Innovation, Measurable Impact and Future Potential.

  • Paying a fee or submitting a nomination does not guarantee shortlisting or selection.

  • Our decisions on eligibility, selection and winners are final.

  • We may change the disciplines, criteria, timelines or number of winners of an award, extend or close nominations, or cancel an award. If we cancel an award, fees will be refunded under our Refund Policy.

6. Publicity and use of winner information

If a nominee is selected as a winner, you agree that Eliviq may publish and promote their name, photograph, job title, company, LinkedIn profile, a short quote and a summary of their achievements on our website, social media, email communications and marketing materials, and in our winners archive. Winners are asked to confirm this before announcement. A winner may ask us to remove their details from future promotion by writing to us, though we may keep the record of the award in our archive.

7. Content you submit

  • You keep ownership of the content you submit, including photographs and written answers.

  • You grant Eliviq a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use that content to run the Awards and, for winners, to promote them as described above.

  • You confirm you have the right to submit the content, and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights or contain unlawful material.

8. Acceptable use

You must not use the website to submit false or misleading information, impersonate any person, interfere with the operation of the website, attempt unauthorised access, or use automated tools to submit nominations.

9. Intellectual property

The Eliviq name, logo, website content and design belong to Eliviq LLP. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission. Winners may use the winner badge we provide only to show that they were recognised by the relevant Eliviq award.

10. Third-party services

We use third-party services, including Wix (website hosting), Razorpay (payments) and email providers. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to your use of their services. We are not responsible for their acts or omissions.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eliviq is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of opportunity, income or reputation arising from participation in the Awards or use of the website. Our total liability to you in connection with the Awards will not exceed the nomination fee you paid for the relevant nomination. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal data, and forms part of these Terms.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time you submit a nomination applies to that nomination.

​

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Mumbai have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
