No nominations are evaluated by the organising team. An independent panel of industry leaders scores each application against defined criteria.

Nominations Open

Applications and nominations are submitted via our online portal. Both self-nominations and third-party nominations are accepted.

Initial Screening

Our team verifies eligibility criteria — age, professional status, and completeness of the application.

Jury Evaluation

Independent jury members score each eligible application across four criteria: Leadership, Innovation, Impact, and Future Potential.

Announcement

The 30 winners are announced simultaneously across all media partners. Each winner receives a personalised digital and physical award.

ELIGIBILITY

Are you eligible?

We keep eligibility criteria clear and minimal. If you're doing exceptional work and you're under 30, we want to hear from you.

Must be under 30 years of age as of the award year's deadline

Minimum 2 years of professional experience in their field

Demonstrated measurable impact — quantifiable outcomes required

Currently active in their industry (not retired or on extended leave)

Open to all nationalities and geographies

May be nominated by a peer, manager, or self-nominated
