No nominations are evaluated by the organising team. An independent panel of industry leaders scores each application against defined criteria.

Nominations Open
Applications and nominations are submitted via our online portal. Both self-nominations and third-party nominations are accepted. A ₹1,499 fee applies to Marketing and Tech, payable at checkout.
Initial Screening
Our team verifies eligibility criteria — age, professional status, and completeness of the application.
Jury Evaluation
Independent jury members score each eligible application across four criteria: Leadership, Innovation, Impact, and Future Potential.
Announcement
The winners are announced simultaneously across all media partners. Each winner receives a personalised digital award and certificate.

Are you eligible?
We keep eligibility criteria clear and minimal. If you're doing exceptional work and you're under 30, we want to hear from you.
Must be under 30 years of age as of the award year's deadline
Minimum 2 years of professional experience in their field
Demonstrated measurable impact, quantifiable outcomes required
Currently active in their industry (not retired or on extended leave)
May be nominated by a peer, manager, or self-nominated

What is Eliviq 30 Under 30?
Eliviq's 30 Under 30 is a series of awards recognising young professionals doing exceptional work in their fields before the age of 30. Each award covers a different field, such as HR, Marketing or Tech, and has its own nominations, disciplines and deadline.
Who is eligible?
You must be under 30 as of the award's nomination deadline, have at least 2 years of professional experience in your field, be currently active in your industry, and be able to show measurable impact.
Can I nominate myself, or do I need someone to nominate me?
Both work. You can apply for yourself, or you can nominate a colleague, team member or peer.
Which awards are open right now?
The awards currently open, with their disciplines and deadlines, are listed in the Awards section on our homepage. Each award has its own nomination form.
Is there a fee?
Fees are set per award and are shown clearly on each nomination form before you submit. Where a fee applies, it is paid securely at checkout when you submit your nomination.
How are winners selected?
Every eligible nomination is reviewed by an independent Jury against the same four criteria: Leadership, Innovation, Measurable Impact and Future Potential.
What happens after I submit?
You'll see a confirmation on the page once your nomination is submitted. Our team then checks eligibility, nominations are scored, and shortlisted nominees are contacted directly. Winners are announced on our website and social channels.
What do winners receive?
A feature on Eliviq's platform and channels, a digital certificate and winner badge to share on LinkedIn, and a permanent place in the Eliviq winners archive.
