This Privacy Policy explains how Eliviq LLP, Mumbai, India 400050 ("Eliviq", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects personal data when you visit eliviq.com or take part in our 30 Under 30 awards.
 

1. Data we collect

When you submit a nomination, we collect:

  • Nominee details: first name, last name, email address, phone number (optional), LinkedIn profile URL (optional), current role and company (optional).

  • Nomination content: your answers to the nomination questions, a link to your work (optional), and a headshot photograph (optional).

  • Whether you are nominating yourself or someone else.

  • If you are nominating someone else: your own name and contact details, where the form asks for them.

  • Your selected award and discipline.

When you pay: Payments are processed by Razorpay. We receive confirmation of payment and limited transaction details such as amount, date, payment reference and payer name and email. We do not see or store your full card, UPI or bank account details.

When you visit the website or contact us:

  • Technical and usage data such as device type, browser, pages viewed and approximate location, collected through Wix.

  • Messages and details you send us by email or through the contact form.

  • Your email address, if you subscribe to updates from us.
     

2. Why we use your data

  • To receive, review and manage nominations and run the Awards.

  • To contact nominees, nominators and winners about their nomination or award.

  • To process payments and handle refunds.

  • To announce and promote winners, as set out in our Terms.

  • To send updates about Eliviq and future awards, where you have agreed or where we are permitted to.

  • To operate, secure and improve the website, and to meet legal obligations.
     

3. Consent and nominations made by others

We process personal data based on your consent and, where the law allows, for legitimate purposes such as running the Awards and meeting legal requirements. When someone nominates you, they provide your details to us. If you do not want to take part, or you want your details removed, contact us and we will delete them, unless we must keep a record.
 

4. Who we share data with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with:

  • Service providers who help us run the Awards and website, including Wix (hosting and forms), Razorpay (payments) and our email service provider.

  • An independent jury, who see nomination content so they can assess and score it.

  • The public, if a nominee is announced as a winner. We publish the winner details described in our Terms.

  • Authorities, where the law requires it.

Some of our service providers may store or process data outside India. We choose providers that maintain appropriate security standards.
 

5. How long we keep data

  • Nomination data for nominees who are not selected is kept for 12 months after the award closes, then deleted or anonymised.

  • Winner information is kept in our winners archive for as long as the award is listed, unless the winner asks us to remove it.

  • Payment and transaction records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires.

  • Marketing emails continue until you unsubscribe.
     

6. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can:

  • Ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you.

  • Ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.

  • Ask us to delete your data.

  • Withdraw your consent at any time. This does not affect what we did before you withdrew it.

  • Make a complaint about how we handle your data.

7. Security

We take reasonable steps to protect personal data, including using a secure payment provider and access controls on our systems. No online system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
 

8. Cookies

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies, mainly through Wix, to make the site work and to understand how it is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
 

9. Children

The Awards are for professionals and are not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
 

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page.
